Overview

MC & CHK Holdings delivered a road upgrade at Waterfall Manor. The works formed part of the estate's ongoing infrastructure improvement programme.

Challenges

Upgrade works were carried out within a live estate environment, requiring careful traffic management and phased delivery to keep access open for residents.

Our Role

MC & CHK acted as the works contractor, managing the full upgrade package from preparation through to finishing.

Outcome

The upgraded road was completed and handed over for use by the estate.
