Construction clients carry the risk of the sites they appoint. These are the disciplines we apply to reduce it.
Safety
Our safety focus goes beyond zero tolerance for accidents and work-related incidents. We are committed to complying with all relevant legislation, including the Occupational Health and Safety Act and current environmental laws and regulations. Safety expectations apply equally to our own teams, our subcontractors and our suppliers on site.
Quality Control
Quality is one of our stated core values: the pursuit of uncompromising quality with passion and excellence. Work is checked against specification as it is built so that defects are corrected in place rather than carried through to handover.
Compliance
MC & CHK Holdings is a registered construction company and works within the legislative and environmental framework applicable to its contracts. Statutory documentation for a specific project is issued to clients on request.
Project Management
A hands-on management philosophy means the people accountable for the contract are present on site. Programme, resourcing and procurement are managed together so that quality and the completion date are protected at the same time.
